There's no such thing as wasting time There's a song out with the lines: 'It's just an ordinary day, but I feel fine. There's no such thing as wasting time'. Most of us have some beliefs around what we do with time. Some of our actions fall into the 'useless' category. We see them as having little value. A piece of our life has just passed in a way that serves no purpose. Or so we believe. But this song suggests that wasting time doesn't exist. Such a proposition opens up an alternative way of thinking. Time cannot be wasted. Whatever I do is fine. Everything serves some purpose. How would adopting the idea that there's no such thing as wasting time affect your approach to time? First published in Mental Nutrition Digest.
